Where are you based?

We have private personal training gyms across the region, all located centrally in Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield.

how long is each session

Each session lasts 60 minutes, and we offer flexible times throughout the week to fit busy schedules. We’ll work with you to find session times that suit your routine best and our gyms are open Monday to Friday 7am-9pm and Saturday 7am-12noon to work with our private clients!

How soon can i start?

You can start as soon as you’ve signed up and secured your spot with the team. Just bring comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude – we’ll provide the rest!

How much is it?

Average personal training in commercial gyms, not private ones, will cost you anywhere between £25-50 per session. This usually isn't with a coach that has lots of results or experience and generally doesn't include nutritional support or more. Our package pricing varies across each CMP gym in the region and so we'll talk through options that work for you during your consultation call. Please note this isn't a free program.
